Directions

The Middletown office is a tan, two-story building on the corner of Bernie O'Rourke Drive and Route 66. Parking may be found directly across the street.

From Hartford, Springfield and points North:

• Take 91 South to Exit 22-S. Exit 22-S is a left exit marked Route 9 South - Middletown/Old Saybrook.
• Take Route 9 South to Exit 15. Exit 15 is a right exit marked Route 66 West - Washington Street.
• Follow Route 66 West - Washington Street 1-1/4 miles, passing Wesleyan University on your left.
• Proceed on Route 66 West - Washington Street. You will pass under a railroad bridge.
• Continue 1/4 mile to the next traffic signal and make a right.
• The Center is the first tan house on the right.

From Wallingford, New Haven and points South:

• From points south of New Haven take 95 North to 91North and proceed as below.
• Take Interstate 91 North to Exit 18. Exit 18 is a right exit marked Route 66 East - Middletown.
• Follow Route 66 East for approximately 5 miles. You will pass through a traffic signal with shopping plazas on your right and left.
• Proceed through three more traffic signals, preparing to turn left at the fourth.
• At the 4th signal, a Walgreen’s Pharmacy is on the right ahead. Turn left onto Bernie O’Rourke Drive.
• The Center is the first tan house on the right.

From Waterbury, Danbury and points West:

• Take Interstate 84 East to Exit 27. Exit 27 is a right exit marked Route 691 East, Meriden/Middletown
• After passing by first Cheshire and then Meriden, Route 691 East will become Route 66 East. Follow Route 66 East for approximately 5 miles.
• You will pass through a traffic signal with shopping plazas on your right and left.
• Proceed through three more traffic signals, preparing to turn left at the fourth.
• At the 4th signal, a Walgreen’s Pharmacy is on the right ahead. Turn left onto Bernie O’Rourke Drive.

• Take Route 9 North to Exit 15. Exit 15 is a left exit marked Route 66 West - Washington Street.
